- 1 Die HERE is Koning; laat die volke bewe! Hy troon op die gérubs; laat die aarde sidder!
- 2 Die HERE is groot in Sion, en verhewe is Hy bo al die volke.
- 3 Laat hulle u grote en gedugte Naam loof! Heilig is Hy!
- 4 Ook die sterkte van die Koning wat die reg liefhet. U het bevestig wat regverdig is; U het reg en geregtigheid gedoen in Jakob.
- 5 Verhef die HERE onse God, en buig julle neer voor die voetbank van sy voete. Heilig is Hy!
- 6 Moses en Aäron was onder sy priesters, en Samuel onder die aanroepers van sy Naam. Hulle het die HERE aangeroep, en Hy het hulle verhoor.
- 7 In die wolkkolom het Hy met hulle gespreek. Hulle het sy getuienisse onderhou en die insetting wat Hy hulle gegee het.
- 8 o HERE onse God, U het hulle verhoor, U was vir hulle 'n vergewende God en Een wat wraak oefen oor hulle dade.
- 9 Verhef die HERE onse God, en buig julle neer voor sy heilige berg. Want heilig is die HERE onse God.
