- 1 神啊！外族人侵入你的产业，污秽了你的圣殿，使耶路撒冷成为废墟。（本节在《马索拉抄本》包括细字标题）
- 2 他们把你仆人的尸首，给空中的飞鸟啄食；把你圣民的肉，给地上的野兽吞噬。
- 3 他们在耶路撒冷的周围把圣民的血像水一般倒出，没有人埋葬他们。
- 4 我们成为邻国羞辱的对象，成为四周的人嗤笑和讥刺的目标。
- 5 耶和华啊！要到几时呢？你要永远怀怒吗？你的愤恨要像火焚烧吗？
- 6 愿你把你的烈怒，倾倒在不认识你的外族人，和不求告你名的列国身上。
- 7 因为他们吞吃了雅各，使他的住处荒凉。
- 8 求你不要记住我们祖先的罪孽；愿你的怜悯快快临到我们，因为我们落到极卑微的地步。
- 9 拯救我们的 神啊！求你因你名的荣耀帮助我们；为你名的缘故，搭救我们，赦免我们的罪。
- 10 为什么容外族人说：“他们的 神在哪里呢？”愿我们亲眼看见你在列邦中，使人知道你要为你仆人所流的血伸冤。
- 11 愿被囚的人的唉哼，达到你面前；愿你用你的大能，使那些已定死罪的人可以存留。
- 12 主啊！愿你把我们邻国羞辱你的羞辱，七倍归还在他们身上。
- 13 这样，我们作你的子民，作你牧场上的羊的，要永远称谢你；我们要世世代代述说你可称颂的事。
