- 1 神的众子啊！要归给耶和华，你们要把荣耀和能力归给耶和华。（本节在《马索拉抄本》包括细字标题）
- 2 要把耶和华的名的荣耀归给他，要以圣洁的装束敬拜耶和华（“要以圣洁的装束敬拜耶和华”或译：“在耶和华显现的时候，要敬拜他”，或“要在耶和华圣洁的光辉中敬拜他”）。
- 3 耶和华的声音在众水之上，荣耀的 神打雷，耶和华打雷在大水之上。
- 4 耶和华的声音大有能力，耶和华的声音充满威严。
- 5 耶和华的声音震断了香柏树，耶和华震断了黎巴嫩的香柏树。
- 6 他使黎巴嫩山跳跃像牛犊，使西连山跳跃像野牛犊。
- 7 耶和华的声音带着火焰劈下。
