- 1 耶和华啊！求你拯救我脱离恶人，求你保护我脱离强暴的人。
- 2 他们心中图谋恶事，整天挑启争端。
- 3 他们使自己的舌头尖利，如同蛇的舌头；他们嘴里有虺蛇的毒。（细拉）
- 4 耶和华啊！求你保护我脱离恶人的手，保护我脱离强暴的人，因为他们图谋推倒我。
- 5 骄傲的人暗中布下陷阱害我，他们在路旁张开绳索作网，设下圈套陷害我。（细拉）
- 6 我曾对耶和华说：“你是我的 神；耶和华啊！求你留心听我恳求的声音！”
- 7 主耶和华，拯救我的力量啊，在争战的日子，你保护了我的头。
- 8 耶和华啊！求你不要容恶人的心愿得偿，不要使他们的计谋成功，免得他们自高自大。（细拉）
- 9 至于那些围困我的人，愿他们的头被自己嘴唇的奸恶遮盖。
- 10 愿炭火落在他们身上；愿他们掉在深坑里，不能再起来。
- 11 愿搬弄是非的人在地上站立不住；愿灾祸连连猎取强暴的人。
- 12 我知道耶和华必为困苦人伸冤，必替穷乏人辨屈。
- 13 义人必称赞你的名，正直的人必住在你面前。
