- 1 神啊，求你恩待我！求你恩待我！因为我投靠你；我要投靠在你翅膀的荫下，直到灾害过去。
- 2 我要向至高的 神呼求，就是向为我成就他旨意的 神呼求。
- 3 神从天上施恩拯救我，斥责那践踏我的人；（细拉） 神必向我发出他的慈爱和信实。
- 4 我躺卧在狮子中间，就是在那些想吞灭人的世人中间；他们的牙齿是枪和箭，他们的舌头是快刀。
- 5 神啊！愿你被尊崇，过于诸天；愿你的荣耀遍及全地。
- 6 他们为我的脚设下了网罗，使我低头屈服；他们在我面前挖了坑，自己反掉进坑中。（细拉）
- 7 神啊！我的心坚定，我的心坚定；我要歌唱，我要颂赞。
- 8 我的灵（“灵”或译：“荣耀”或“肝”；与 16:9，30:12，108:1同）啊！你要醒过来。琴和瑟啊！你们都要醒过来。我也要唤醒黎明。
- 9 主啊！我要在万民中称谢你，在万族中歌颂你。
- 10 因为你的慈爱伟大，高及诸天，你的信实上达云霄。
- 11 神啊！愿你被尊崇，过于诸天；愿你的荣耀遍及全地。
