- 1 神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。
- 2 因此，地虽然震动，群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处，我们也不害怕。
- 3 虽然海浪翻腾澎湃，虽然山岳因波涛汹涌摇动，我们也不害怕。（细拉）
- 4 有一条河，它众多的支流使 神的城充满快乐；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
- 5 神在城中，城必不动摇；天一亮， 神必帮助它。
- 6 列邦喧嚷，万国动摇； 神一发声，地就融化。
- 7 万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的 神是我们的保障。（细拉）
- 8 你们都来，看耶和华的作为，看他怎样使地荒凉。
- 9 他使战争止息，直到地极；他把弓折毁，把矛砍断，把战车用火焚烧。
- 10 你们要住手，要知道我是 神；我要在列国中被尊崇，我要在全地上被尊崇。
