Psalmii 95
- 1 Veniţi să cântăm cu veselie Domnului şi să strigăm de bucurie către Stânca mântuirii noastre.
- 2 Să mergem înaintea Lui cu laude, să facem să răsune cântece în cinstea Lui!
- 3 Căci Domnul este un Dumnezeu mare, este un Împărat mare, mai presus de toţi dumnezeii.
- 4 El ţine în mână adâncimile pământului şi vârfurile munţilor sunt ale Lui.
- 5 A Lui este marea, El a făcut-o, şi mâinile Lui au întocmit uscatul:
- 6 veniţi să ne închinăm şi să ne smerim, să ne plecăm genunchiul înaintea Domnului, Făcătorului nostru!
- 7 Căci El este Dumnezeul nostru şi noi suntem poporul păşunei Lui, turma pe care o povăţuieşte mâna Lui… O, de aţi asculta azi glasul Lui! –
- 8 „Nu vă împietriţi inima ca la Meriba, ca în ziua de la Masa, în pustie,
- 9 unde părinţii voştri M-au ispitit şi M-au încercat, măcar că văzuseră lucrările Mele.
- 10 Patruzeci de ani M-am scârbit de neamul acesta şi am zis: ‘Este un popor cu inima rătăcită; ei nu cunosc căile Mele.’
- 11 De aceea am jurat în mânia Mea: ‘Nu vor intra în odihna Mea!’ ”

Dumitru Cornilescu (4 April 1891 - 1975), a Romanian orthodox archdeacon, later a Protestant minister created this translation in 1921. It is popular particularly among protestants.
