约伯记 17
- 1 “我的气息将断，我的日子快尽，坟墓已为我预备好了。
- 2 真有嘲笑人的在我这里，我的眼看着他们的悖逆。
- 3 愿你给我保证，亲自为我作保；除你以外有谁肯与我击掌作保呢？
- 4 你蒙蔽了他们的心，不让他们明白；因此你必不高举他们。
- 5 为分产业而控告朋友的，他子孙的眼睛也要昏花。
- 6 他使我成为民众的笑柄，人人都吐唾沫在我的脸上。
- 7 我的眼睛因忧愁而昏花，我的身体瘦骨如柴。
- 8 正直人必因此惊讶，要被激发起来，攻击不敬虔的人。
- 9 义人必坚守自己的道路，手洁的人要力上加力。
- 10 然而你们众人，可以再来，在你们中间我找不到一个有智慧的人。
- 11 我的日子已过，我的谋算和我心中所想的都已粉碎。
- 12 他们把黑夜变为白昼，因为黑暗的缘故，他们就说：‘光明临近了。’
- 13 我若等待阴间作我的家，在黑暗中铺张我的床榻；
- 14 我若对深坑说：‘你是我的父亲’，对虫说：‘你是我的母亲，我的姊妹’，
- 15 那么，我的指望在哪里呢？我的指望谁能看得见呢？
- 16 等到安息在尘土中的时候，那些指望必下到阴间的门闩那里。”
