- 1 Ihr Völker alle, klatschet in die Hände! Jauchzet Gott mit Jubelschall!
- 2 Denn Jehova, der Höchste, ist furchtbar, ein großer König über die ganze Erde.
- 3 Er unterwarf uns die Völker, und die Völkerschaften unter unsere Füße.
- 4 Er erwählte für uns unser Erbteil, den Stolz Jakobs, den er geliebt hat.
- 5 Gott ist emporgestiegen unter Jauchzen, Jehova unter Posaunenschall.
- 6 Singet Gott Psalmen, singet Psalmen; singet Psalmen unserem König, singet Psalmen!
- 7 Denn Gott ist König der ganzen Erde; singet Psalmen mit Einsicht!
- 8 Gott regiert über die Nationen; Gott hat sich auf den Thron seiner Heiligkeit gesetzt.
- 9 Die Edlen der Völker haben sich versammelt und das Volk des Gottes Abrahams; denn die Schilde der Erde sind Gottes; er ist sehr erhaben.
