耶利米书 24
- 1 巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒把犹大王约雅敬的儿子耶哥尼雅，和犹大的众领袖、工匠与铁匠从耶路撒冷掳到巴比伦去。这事以后，耶和华使我看见在耶和华的殿前面摆着两筐无花果。
- 2 一筐是极好的无花果，像初熟的无花果；另一筐是极坏的无花果，坏到不能吃。
- 3 于是耶和华问我：“耶利米啊，你看见什么？”我回答：“我看见无花果。那些好的无花果极好，坏的却极坏，坏到不能吃。”
- 4 耶和华的话临到我，说：
- 5 “耶和华以色列的 神这样说：‘被掳去的犹大人，就是我打发离开这地方到迦勒底人之地去的，我必看他们如同这些好的无花果一样，眷顾他们。
- 6 我必关注他们，眷顾他们，领他们归回这地。我必建立他们，必不拆毁；我必栽植他们，必不拔除。
- 7 我必赐给他们一颗认识我的心，知道我就是耶和华；他们要作我的子民，我要亲自作他们的 神，因为他们必一心归向我。’”
- 8 “但耶和华这样说：‘我怎样处置那些坏到不能吃的坏无花果，我也必照样对待犹大王西底家、他的众领袖和耶路撒冷的余民，不论是余剩在这地的，或是住在埃及地的。
- 9 我必使他们成为地上万国所惊恐、所讨厌的；在我赶逐他们到的各地方，成为被人羞辱、讥笑、嘲弄、咒诅的对象。
- 10 我必打发刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫去攻击他们，直到他们从我赐给他们和他们列祖的土地上都消灭了。’”
