約伯記 8
- 1 書亞人 比勒達 回答 說：
- 2 這些話 你要說 到 幾時？口 中的言語 如狂 風要到幾時呢？
- 3 神 豈能偏離 公平？全能者 豈能 偏離 公義？
- 4 或者 你的兒女 得罪了 他；他使他們 受 報應。
- 5 你 若 殷勤地尋求 神，向 全能者 懇求；
- 6 你 若 清潔 正直，他必定 為你 起來，使你公義的 居所 興旺。
- 7 你起初 雖然微小，終久 必甚 發達。
- 8 請 你考問 前 代，追念 他們的列祖 所查究的。
- 9 我們 不過從昨日才有，一無 所知； 我們在 世的 日子 好像影兒。
- 10 他們 豈不 指教你，告訴 你，從心 裡發出 言語來呢？
- 11 蒲草 沒有 泥 豈能發長？蘆荻 沒有 水 豈能生發？
- 12 尚 青的時候，還沒有 割下，比百樣的 草 先 枯槁。
- 13 凡 忘記 神的人，景況 也是這樣；不虔敬人 的指望 要滅沒。
- 14 他所 仰賴的 必折斷；他所倚靠 的是蜘蛛 網。
- 15 他要倚靠 房屋，房屋卻站立 不住；他要抓住 房屋，房屋卻不能 存留。
- 16 他 在日光 之下 發青，蔓子 爬 滿了 園子；
- 17 他的根 盤繞 石堆，扎入 石 地。
- 18 他若 從本地 被拔出，那地就不認識 他，說：我沒有 見過你。
- 19 看哪，這就是 他道 中之樂；以後必另有人 從地 而生。
- 20 神 必不 丟棄 完全人，也不 扶助 邪惡人。
- 21 他還要 以喜笑 充滿 你的口，以歡呼 充滿你的嘴。
- 22 恨惡你的 要披戴 慚愧；惡人 的帳棚 必歸於無有。
