- 1 В конец, о осмей, псалом Давиду.
- 2 Спси мя, Господи, яко оскуде преподобный: яко умалишася истины от сынов человеческих.
- 3 Суетная глагола кийждо ко искреннему своему: устне льстивыя в сердцы, и в сердцы глаголаша злая.
- 4 Потребит Господь вся устны льстивыя, язык велеречивый,
- 5 рекшыя: язык наш возвеличим, устны наша при нас суть: кто нам господь есть?
- 6 Страсти ради нищих и воздыхания убогих ныне воскресну, глаголет Господь: положуся во спасение, не обинюся о нем.
- 7 Словеса Господня словеса чиста, сребро разжжено, искушено земли, очищено седмерицею.
- 8 Ты, Господи, сохраниши ны и соблюдеши ны от рода сего и во век.
- 9 Окрест нечестивии ходят: по высоте твоей умножил еси сыны человеческия.
