以賽亞書 64
- 1 願你裂天而降！（本節在《馬索拉抄本》為63:19）願群山都在你面前震動！
- 2 好像火燒著乾柴，又像火把水燒開，使你的敵人認識你的名，使列國在你面前發顫。（本節在《馬索拉抄本》為64:1）
- 3 你行了可畏的事，是我們料想不到的，那時你降臨，群山都在你面前震動。
- 4 從古時以來，人未曾聽過，耳未曾聞過，眼未曾見過，在你以外還有甚麼神，能為等候他的人行事的。
- 5 你善待那些喜歡行義，在你的道路上記念你的人。看哪！你曾發怒，因為我們犯了罪；這樣的情形已經很久，我們還能得救嗎？
- 6 我們眾人都像不潔淨的人，我們所有的義，都像污穢的衣服；我們眾人都像葉子枯乾，我們的罪孽好像風一般把我們吹去。
- 7 沒有人呼求你的名，沒有人奮起抓著你；因為你掩面不顧我們，使我們在自己罪孽的權勢下融化。
- 8 耶和華啊！現在你還是我們的父；我們不過是泥土，你才是陶匠；我們眾人都是你手所作的。
- 9 耶和華啊！求你不要大發烈怒。不要永遠記念罪孽。求你垂看我們，我們眾人都是你的子民。
- 10 你的聖城變了曠野，錫安成了曠野，耶路撒冷成了荒場。
- 11 我們那聖潔和榮美的殿，就是我們的列祖讚美你的所在，被火燒了。我們所喜愛的一切，都成了廢墟。
- 12 耶和華啊！對這些事你還忍得住嗎？你仍然緘默不言，使我們受苦到極點嗎？
