- 1 Haleluja. Zpívejte Hospodinu píseň novou, jeho chválu v shromáždění věrných!
- 2 Ať se Izrael raduje ze svého Tvůrce, ať synové Sijónu jásají nad svým Králem,
- 3 ať tanečním rejem chválí jeho jméno, ať mu pějí žalmy při bubnu a při citaře.
- 4 Hospodin má ve svém lidu zalíbení, pokorné oslaví spásou.
- 5 Věrní ať jásají v slávě, ať plesají na svých ložích.
- 6 Ať svým hrdlem vyvyšují Boha, s dvojsečným mečem v svých rukou,
- 7 aby nad pronárody konali pomstu, tresty na národech,
- 8 aby spoutali řetězy jejich krále, železnými okovy ty, kdo jsou u nich ve cti,
- 9 aby na nich vykonali soud, jak o tom psáno. Je to čest pro všechny jeho věrné. Haleluja.
