- 1 Ngiyayithanda iNkosi, ngoba izwile ilizwi lami, ukunxusa kwami.
- 2 Ngoba ibeke indlebe yayo kimi, ngakho ngizayibiza ensukwini zami.
- 3 Izibopho zokufa zangihanqa, lenhlungu zesihogo zangibamba; ngathola inhlupheko losizi.
- 4 Ngasengibiza ibizo leNkosi, ngathi: O Nkosi, khulula umphefumulo wami.
- 5 Ilomusa iNkosi, ilungile; ye, uNkulunkulu wethu ulesihawu.
- 6 INkosi iyabalondoloza abathobekileyo; ngehliselwa phansi, yasingisindisa.
- 7 Buyela, mphefumulo wami, ekuphumuleni kwakho, ngoba iNkosi ikuphethe ngomusa.
- 8 Ngoba ikhulule umphefumulo wami ekufeni, amehlo ami ezinyembezini, unyawo lwami ekuweni.
- 9 Ngizahamba phambi kweNkosi emazweni abaphilayo.
- 10 Ngakholwa, ngakho ngikhulumile. Mina ngahlupheka kakhulu.
- 11 Mina ngathi ekuphangiseni kwami: Wonke umuntu ungumqambimanga.
- 12 Ngizabuyiselani eNkosiningazo zonke inzuzo zayo kimi?
- 13 Ngizathatha inkezo yosindiso, ngibize ibizo leNkosi.
- 14 Ngizakhokha izifungo zami eNkosini, khathesi phambi kwabantu bayo bonke.
- 15 Kuligugu emehlweni eNkosi ukufa kwabangcwele bayo.
- 16 Hawu Nkosi, isibili ngiyinceku yakho, ngiyinceku yakho, indodana yencekukazi yakho; uthukulule izibopho zami.

- 19 emagumeni endlu yeNkosi, phakathi kwakho, Jerusalema. Dumisani iNkosi!
