阿摩司書 8
- 1 主 耶和華 又指示我 一件事：我看見 一筐 夏天的果子。
- 2 他說：「阿摩司啊，你 看見 甚麼？」我說：「看見一筐 夏天的果子。」耶和華 說：「 我民 以色列 的結局 到了，我必不 再 寬恕 他們。」
- 3 主 耶和華 說：「那 日，殿 中的詩歌 變為哀號；必有許多 屍首 在各 處 拋棄，無人作聲。」
- 4 你們這些要吞吃 窮乏人、使困苦人 衰敗的，當聽 我的話！
- 5 你們說：月朔 幾時 過去，我們好賣 糧；安息日幾時過去，我們好擺開 麥子；賣出用小 升斗，收銀用大 戥子，用詭詐 的天平 欺哄人，
- 6 好用銀子 買 貧寒人，用一雙鞋 換 窮乏人，將壞了 的麥子 賣給人。
- 7 耶和華 指著雅各 的榮耀 起誓說：他們的一切 行為，我必 永遠 不忘。
- 8 地 豈不 因 這事 震動？其上的 居民 不也悲哀嗎？地必全然 像尼羅河 漲起，如同埃及 河 湧上 落下。
- 9 主 耶和華 說： 到那 日，我必使日頭 在午間 落下，使地 在白 晝 黑暗。
- 10 我必使你們的節期 變為 悲哀， 歌曲 變為哀歌。 眾人 腰 束 麻布， 頭 上光禿，使 這場悲哀 如喪獨生子，至終 如痛苦 的日子一樣。
- 11 主 耶和華 說： 日子 將到，我必命 饑荒 降在地上。人飢餓 非 因無餅，乾渴 非 因無水，乃因 不 聽 耶和華 的話。
- 12 他們必飄流，從這海 到 那海，從北邊 到 東邊，往來奔跑，尋求 耶和華 的話，卻尋 不著。
- 13 當那 日，美貌 的處女 和少年的男子 必因乾渴 發昏。
- 14 那指著撒馬利亞牛犢（原文是罪）起誓的 說：但哪，我們指著你那裡的活 神起誓；又說：我們指著別是巴 的神道（神：原文是活）起誓。這些人都必仆倒，永不 再 起來。
