士師記 12
- 1 以法蓮 人 聚集，到了 北方，對耶弗他 說：「你去 與亞捫 人 爭戰，為甚麼 沒有 招 我們 同 去呢？我們必用火 燒 你 和你的房屋。」
- 2 耶弗他 對他們 說：「我 和我的民 與亞捫 人 大大 爭戰；我招 你們來，你們竟沒有 來救 我 脫離他們的手。
- 3 我見 你們不 來救我，我就拚 命 前去 攻擊 亞捫 人，耶和華 將他們交 在我手中。你們今 日 為甚麼 上 我這裡 來攻打 我呢？」
- 4 於是耶弗他 招聚 基列 人，與 以法蓮人 爭戰。基列 人 擊殺 以法蓮人，是因 他們說：「你們 基列人 在 以法蓮、瑪拿西 中間，不過是以法蓮 逃亡的人。」
- 5 基列人 把守 約旦河 的渡口，不容以法蓮人過去。 以法蓮 逃走的人 若 說：「容我過去。」基列 人 就問他 說：「你是 以法蓮人不是？」他若說：「不是」，
- 6 就對他 說：「 你說『示播列』。」以法蓮人因為咬 不 真 字音，便說「西播列」。基列人就將他 拿住，殺 在 約旦河 的渡口。那 時 以法蓮人 被殺 的有四萬 二 千人。
- 7 耶弗他作 以色列 的士師 六 年。基列人 耶弗他 死了，葬 在基列 的一座城裡。
- 8 耶弗他以後，有伯利恆人 以比讚作 以色列的 士師。
- 9 他 有 三十 個兒子，三十個 女兒；女兒都嫁 出去了。他給眾子 從 外鄉 娶了 三十個 媳婦。他作 以色列 的士師 七 年。
- 10 以比讚 死了，葬 在伯利恆。
- 11 以比讚之後，有西布倫人 以倫，作 以色列 的士師 十 年。
- 12 西布倫人 以倫 死了，葬 在西布倫 地 的亞雅崙。
- 13 以倫之後，有比拉頓人 希列 的兒子 押頓作 以色列 的士師。
- 14 他 有 四十 個兒子，三十 個孫子，騎 著 七十 匹驢駒。押頓作 以色列 的士師 八 年。
- 15 比拉頓人 希列 的兒子 押頓 死了，葬 在以法蓮 地 的比拉頓，在亞瑪力人 的山地。
