詩篇 44
- 1 神啊！你在古時，在我們列祖的日子所作的事，我們親耳聽見了，我們的列祖也給我們述說過。
- 2 你曾親手把列國趕出去，卻栽培了我們的列祖；你曾苦待眾民，卻使我們的列祖昌盛。
- 3 因為他們取得那地，不是靠自己的刀劍；他們得勝，也不是靠自己的膀臂；而是靠你的右手、你的膀臂和你臉上的光，因為你喜悅他們。
- 4 神啊！你是我的王；求你出令，使雅各得勝。
- 5 我們靠著你，必打倒我們的敵人；靠著你的名，必踐踏那些起來攻擊我們的。
- 6 因為我不是倚靠我的弓，我的刀劍也不能使我得勝。
- 7 但你使我們勝過了我們的敵人，使憎恨我們的人都羞愧。
- 8 我們整天因 神誇耀，我們要永遠稱讚你的名。（細拉）
- 9 現在，你卻棄絕我們，使我們受辱，不再和我們的軍隊一同出征。
- 10 你使我們在敵人面前轉身後退；憎恨我們的人都任意搶掠。
- 11 你使我們像給人宰吃的羊，把我們分散在列國中。
- 12 你把你的子民廉價出售；他們的售價並沒有使你得到利益。
- 13 你使我們成為鄰居的羞辱，成為我們四周的人譏笑和諷刺的對象。
- 14 你使我們在列國中成為話柄，在萬民中使人搖頭。
- 15 我的羞辱整天在我面前，我臉上的羞愧把我遮蓋了；
- 16 都因那辱罵和毀謗的人的聲音，並因仇敵和報仇者的緣故。
- 17 這一切臨到我們身上，我們卻沒有忘記你，也沒有違背你的約。
- 18 我們的心沒有退後，我們的腳步也沒有偏離你的路。
- 19 但你竟在野狗之地把我們壓傷了，又以死亡的陰影籠罩我們。
- 20 如果我們忘記了我們 神的名，或是向別神伸手禱告；
- 21 神不會查究這事嗎？因為他知道人心的隱祕。
- 22 為你的緣故，我們終日被置於死地；人看我們如同將宰的羊。
- 23 主啊！求你醒來，為甚麼還睡著呢？求你起來，不要永遠棄絕我們。
- 24 你為甚麼掩面，忘記了我們的苦難和壓迫呢？
- 25 我們俯伏在塵土之上；我們的身體緊貼地面。
- 26 求你起來幫助我們，為了你慈愛的緣故救贖我們。
