1 Chronicles 13
- 1 大衞與千夫長、百夫長、諸將會議、
- 2 謂以色列會衆曰、爾曹若以爲善、此事由於我上帝耶和華、則可遣人往以色列全地、請我儕其餘之昆弟、及居邑郊之祭司利未人、使之咸集於此、
- 3 我儕舁上帝匱而至、蓋掃羅時、我儕未嘗諮諏於匱、
- 4 會衆曰、我必如是而行、民衆咸視斯事爲善也、
- 5 於是大衞集以色列人、自埃及之西曷溪、至哈馬界、欲自基列耶琳、舁上帝匱至、
- 6 大衞率以色列衆至巴拉、卽屬猶大之基列耶琳、欲舁耶和華上帝之匱、此匱乃以居基路伯上、耶和華之名而名者、
- 7 遂舁上帝匱、自亞比拿達室而出、載於斯車、烏撒與亞希約御之、
- 8 大衞及以色列衆、在上帝前、極力舞蹈、謳歌、以琴瑟鑼鼓與角作樂、
- 9 至基頓禾場、牛蹶、烏撒伸手扶匱、
- 10 耶和華怒烏撒、因其伸手扶匱而擊之、遂死於上帝前、
- 11 耶和華擊烏撒、大衞不悅、稱其地曰毘列斯烏撒、至於今日、
- 12 是日大衞畏上帝曰、上帝之匱、何可至我所、
- 13 於是大衞不舁匱入大衞城、至於己所、乃轉舁至迦特人俄別以東室、
- 14 上帝匱在俄別以東室三月、耶和華錫嘏於俄別以東家、及其所有、
