- 3 Lat deim verta til skam og spott, dei som stend etter mitt liv! Lat deim vika attende og skjemmast, som hev hugnad i mi ulukka!
- 4 Lat deim snu for si skjemd dei som segjer: «Ha, ha!»
- 5 Lat deim fegnast og gleda seg i deg, alle dei som søkjer deg! Lat deim som elskar di frelsa, alltid segja: «Høglova vere Gud!» For eg er arm og fatig; Gud, kom snart til meg! Du er mi hjelp og min frelsar; Herre, dryg ikkje!
