- 1 神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時都可得到的幫助。
- 2 因此，地雖然震動，群山雖然崩塌入海洋的深處，我們也不害怕。
- 3 雖然海浪翻騰澎湃，雖然山嶽因波濤洶湧搖動，我們也不害怕。（細拉）
- 4 有一條河，它眾多的支流使 神的城充滿快樂；這城就是至高者居住的聖所。
- 5 神在城中，城必不動搖；天一亮， 神必幫助它。
- 6 列邦喧嚷，萬國動搖； 神一發聲，地就融化。
- 7 萬軍之耶和華與我們同在；雅各的 神是我們的保障。（細拉）
- 8 你們都來，看耶和華的作為，看他怎樣使地荒涼。
- 9 他使戰爭止息，直到地極；他把弓折毀，把矛砍斷，把戰車用火焚燒。
- 10 你們要住手，要知道我是 神；我要在列國中被尊崇，我要在全地上被尊崇。
