- 1 โอ ข้าแต่พระเจ้า ขออย่าทรงนิ่งอยู่ โอ ข้าแต่พระเจ้า ขออย่าทรงเงียบและเฉยอยู่
- 2 เพราะดูเถิด ศัตรูของพระองค์สับสนอลหม่าน บรรดาผู้ที่ชังพระองค์ได้ยกศีรษะของเขาขึ้น
- 3 เขาวางแผนการแยบคายสู้ประชาชนของพระองค์ เขาปรึกษากันสู้ผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงซ่อนไว้
- 4 เขาพูดว่า “มาเถิด ให้เราตัดเขาออกจากการเป็นประชาชาติ เพื่อจะไม่ระลึกถึงชื่ออิสราเอลอีกต่อไป”
- 5 เพราะเขาปองร้ายเป็นใจเดียวกัน เขาทำพันธสัญญาสู้พระองค์
- 6 คือ เต็นท์ของเอโดม และคนอิชมาเอล โมอับ และคนฮาการ์
- 7 เกบาล อัมโมน และอามาเลข ฟีลิสเตียกับชาวเมืองไทระ
- 8 อัสซีเรียก็สมทบเขาด้วย เขาได้ช่วยลูกหลานของโลท เซลาห์
- 9 ขอทรงทำกับเขาอย่างพระองค์ทรงกระทำกับมีเดียน อย่างที่ทำกับสิเสราและยาบินที่ลำธารคีโชน
- 10 ผู้ถูกทำลายที่ตำบลเอนโดร์ ผู้กลายเป็นปุ๋ยของที่ดิน
- 11 ขอทรงทำขุนนางของเขาเหมือนโอเรบและเศเอบ ทำเจ้านายทั้งสิ้นของเขาเหมือนเศบาห์และศัลมุนนา

- 14 อย่างไฟเผาผลาญป่าไม้ อย่างเปลวเพลิงที่ให้ภูเขาลุกโพลง
- 15 ขอทรงก่อกวนเขาด้วยพายุแรงกล้าของพระองค์ และทรงทำให้เขาคร้ามกลัวด้วยพายุจัดของพระองค์
- 16 ทรงให้หน้าของเขาเต็มไปด้วยความอาย โอ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ เพื่อเขาจะได้แสวงหาพระนามของพระองค์
- 17 ขอให้เขาอับอาย และกลัวอยู่เป็นนิตย์ ให้เขาอดสูและพินาศไป
- 18 เพื่อคนทั้งปวงจะทราบว่าพระองค์ ผู้ทรงพระนามว่าพระเยโฮวาห์แต่ผู้เดียว ทรงเป็นผู้สูงสุดเหนือแผ่นดินโลกทั้งสิ้น
